3.Characteristic:
3.1.Structure: Gantry main frame, bottom lift hydraulic piston and fix guide rail;
3.2.Hydraulic system: For high efficiency and energy saving, it is automatic pressure lock, and automatic pressure compensation.
3.3.Worktable driving: Double speed running, speed control by frequency vector. In the process of moving platen speed.Dynamic, high speed and deceleration stop in place, the whole process of vector transmission, no impact on the smooth movement.
3.4.Heating exchange system: Heating water runner in the table for required temperature heating. The water is pump to the table for circulation from the water heating tank. The connection is soft hose and chain.
3.5.Safe operation: The control system consists of pressure control and time setting, curing and setting, fault display and work.State of the display and function selection, etc.. Parameter settings are using PLC and touch screen digital input. The operation is simple, intuitive, safe and reliable.

4.1. Gantry frame unit: its structure is closed type gantry frame structure beam, contained within the pressure oil cylinder, a lifting beam, and closed door plate. The pressure of the press is completed by the component.
4.2. Working table: Solid steel with milling processing and deep drilling water runner for circulation of heating.It has high strength and durability. The surface roughness is 3.2um;
4.3. Table guide rail: The guide rail fixed on the ground and reinforce by cross welding section.
4.4. Lifting and synchronous mechanism: in order to effectively control the working table plate steady motion, makes the rise and decrease uneven motion under 10mm.The consisting of the mechanism is gear rack and torsion shaft, and the gear is distributed on both sides, connected with the synchronous frame by the transverse and the longitudinal synchronous torsion shafts.
4.5. Table movement mechanism: This include driving motor, reducer. Each table has double drive. Each plate has 3 pairs of moving wheel .
4.6. Hydraulic system hydraulic system: This is double pressure system design. When lift, it is high power pump running. When reach to the setting pressure,the pump stop. When the pressure drop by 10%, the pump will start for pressure compensation until setting pressure. During the foam curing, the hydraulic motor is in standby. The whole system is for energy saving.
4.7. Temperature control system: The electrical heating plate heat the water and is pump to the external connection pipe to the table for heating, then from the other end return to the tank for circulation.
4.8. Electrical control system: the system uses PLC+touch screen from Siemens, and stop point has sensor for monitoring; The table walking speed control by frequency conversion and operating button.
The system has electrical leakage protection; pressure setting and display; foam curing time display and temperature display settings. Electrical components using SIEMENS, OMRON, MITSUBISHI, Schneider, series of products.
The safety has security signs and warning settings.
