High pressure foam dispensing machine

The high pressure foam dispensing machine provides the components accurate conditioning, metering, mixing and pouring. The process parameters such as the components flow rate are closed loop controlled and are manage by an industrial personal computer.

Components storage and feeding group to the metering group

  • MDI line complete of double wall carbon steel tank externally insulated, having a capacity of 250 liters, electronic visual level control for automatic loading, loading gear pump ( for tank loading from IBC ), PT 100 probe for temperature control, stainless steel tube nest heat exchanger on recycle circuit of components and plate heat exchanger complete of conditioning unit on component feeding line.

Volumetric gear pump for components feeding to the metering high pressure pump, coupled with electric 3 phase motor controlled by inverter and complete of cartridge filter. Control of feeding pressure with electronic transducer. MDI line complete of cables, electric connections, rigid and flexible hoses and various accessories. Gear pump for tank loading (120 l/min).

Volumetric gear pump for component coupled with electric 3-phase motor controlled by inverter and complete of cartridge filter.

Output control with mass flow meter. Feeding pressure control with electronic transducer. Catalyst line complete of cables, electric connections, rigid and flexible hoses and various accessories.

  • Pre-mixing device for Polyol with Catalyst composed as follows:

  • A.C. three-phases electric motor controlled by inverter
  • Motor/mixing chamber coupling by means of magnetic joint

This device is complete with electric cables, wiring connections and hydraulic pipelines and related accessories.

  • Water cooler unit ( for components temperature control )

Its function is to supply conditioning water in close loop at constant output and temperature to allow self-adjustment of Polyol and Isocyanate machine working temperature.
